What’s better than a pic of your dinner plate? A pic of your dinner plate with its own props! All the dishes come out with an extravagant display guaranteed to boost the likes on your post. Food is second hand to the display efforts but a fun experience nonetheless.

Admittedly, I haven’t dabbled in the best of BBQ that the US has to offer but out of the places I’ve been to Blues City Cafe is top dog.

Best Cheesesteak
Restaurant: Max’s
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Anytime a city is known for a particular dish you are going to hear a variety of preferences from locals as to who makes it best. Though I am not a local of Philly, I do believe that Max’s is the best place for a cheesesteak. If you are from outside the area, you may not be familiar with the portions of a true cheesesteak. Pictured below is a HALF of a steak (on the left), and a whole (on the right). Some people like cheese whiz on their steaks, I call them weirdos. if you have never had a cheesesteak before, I advise you to try the steak here as well as explore other suggestions to find what fits your taste. But you’d be hard pressed to find one better than this.

Best Dessert
Restaurant: Gourdough’s
Location: Austin, TX
This was one of those “love at first bite” experiences. Austin is great for food and Gourdough’s is great for the finisher. I’ve only had the “Miss Shortcake” donut and I will only order that for the rest of my days. I’m sure with the variety of other options you will be able to find one that tickles your fancy.
Best Apple Pie

I don’t know what it is about this place but they get it. Apple pie seems like a pretty simple concept but I’ve never had it quite like this. The line is likely to be long but it is well worth the wait.
